....actually went really well!
Not suprisingly, everything was left untill the last moment - we were still bolting in the new Kirkey, and sticking the numbers on the door as Scruitineering was closing!

However, after belting up, throwing the jerry can at a passing helpful marshall out of the window on the way to scruitineering, and just about managing to find the right gears, we got it through.

Heat 1 was just an experiment - let them go, and then chase them.  First mistake - being a bike, it needs a whole load more revs than expected!

Heat 2 - was loads better, finally starting to feel that I understand the way this thing works!

The Final was great - 7s mixed in with 5s to make a full grid, and i won it from the front.  Fantastic feeling first time out in a completely foreign car to me.  Great fun, and once again cheers to all the guys down at Cambridge Autograss for making it such a fun day out!
